Startup Idea: Automated PDF Data Extraction for Energy Analyst

Startup idea to develop a software tool that automates the extraction of settlement prices from individual PDF files posted daily on the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) platform, and populating this data directly into a database. The solution needs to counter the platform's anti-bot measures.

I am an Energy Analyst. I need to update settlement prices for multiple commodities daily. Unfortunately, one of the exchanges that lists the products I analyze, called ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) posts all of their settlement prices daily in individual PDF files. This means that I have to pull each file up one at a time and hand-type the prices into a database. Each individual commodity code must be known and hand-typed in one at a time. In addition, ICE requires you to confirm you are not a robot about every 20 seconds so you can only get about 10 PDF files pulled up before you 'time out' and have to start over. I have asked many software developers to solve this problem, but no one has provided any options for a script that can individually call up the files and read data from a PDF file into a database.
