Startup Idea: Yoga Job Connection App

Startup idea to develop a dedicated application that connects yoga instructors with potential employers. Instead of a subscription model, the app would charge a reasonable fee only when a successful job match is made.

I recently obtained my yoga certification and am currently looking for a yoga position, while maintaining my current job.

If there was an app where yogis and prospective employers can post job listings and or resume, that would be nice. Or an app that connects workers and employers. Now, there are several job boards out there, but they require a monthly subscription, ect. An idea app would be one where it would charge either the employee or the employer once an ACTUAL connection has been made.

I wouldn't mind paying a fee if I got the job. I would mind paying a fee just to find a job.

Yes, I have looked at yoga job boards, and like I stated above, most of them require a subscription fee. Right now, I am just using job boards and filtering them through. The process is tasking.
