Startup Idea: Password Management Software for Law Enforcement

Startup idea to develop an offline, customizable password management application targeted specifically at law enforcement personnel. This software would aim to create and store multiple passwords based on user-defined standards, aiding in time efficiency and overall security.

I work in law enforcement, more specifically homeland security. We have approximately 10 different systems that require us to keep and remember multiple passwords.

These passwords require different standard like most passwords. Some require two symbols some require different symbols only number capitals etc.

A personal app or software that could be used to create and store these passwords based on user defined standards ie one capital and two symbols and ten characters.

This app would be offline for security reasons and would have to be customizable to differing standards. The govt would save time because on a regular basis people forget or loose access which requires a lot of time to unlock.
