Startup Idea: Maintenance Management System for For-Profit College

Startup idea to develop a software solution for tracking and managing maintenance requests within a college. This will ensure transparency among staff members regarding task updates and statuses.

I work in a for-profit college. We don't have any way of tracking maintenance requests within the college and could use some help with this. Oftentimes my co-workers don't know if something has been reported or not. Software could help us to keep track of maintenance/service requests as well as tell us what the status is of each request.
