Startup Idea: Comprehensive Device Interface Screenshot Program for Tech Support

Startup idea to build a software program that provides up-to-date screenshots of various device interfaces. The program will support a wide range of products, from old to new, including Apple products, Samsung products, XP, Vista, and many more. The solution aims to enhance the efficiency of tech support jobs, replacing the need for using free yet incomplete websites like chasms.com. The program would be kept updated with new device versions and marketed to technical support departments for a subscription fee.

I work in technical support for a local internet service provider. Most of the time people working in tech support specialize in one type of thing, so Apple only works with apple products, samsung works with samsung products, ect ect.

Being and internet service provider is different though because we work with a huge variety of products, phones back to samsung s3, and iphone 3, i mean real old shit, we support XP still, vista, we go back to mac version 1.0 , im not fucking kidding.

The biggest problem is we use free websites, yes free websites like chasms.com to see screenshots of the devices so we can help customers, and I urge you to go to that website and test it out, because it seems nice but theres so much stuff laking.

If you guys could come up with a solution to this, maybe a program you download that has all these screenshots bundled together, and make sure its kept up to date, so everytime a new verison is released, make sure its updated asap because we get calls on it right away, market it to techincal support departments for a subscription fee and bam,.
