Startup Idea: Communication and Engagement Platform for Workplace

Startup idea to develop a communication platform for the workplace that enables team leaders to share updates, distribute open shifts and track engagement. The platform should integrate with Google Docs and include reporting features to monitor readership.

I would love a platform that could be used in the work place to help people connect, I am a manager and want to send stuff out to my team for communication of open shifts, maybe just send out a selfie Sunday type post, where I an send message and the software would track who read it and when.

Would like google docs to be integrated into it as well. And I would be able to print reports on who has read it as well. I have briefly looked but it needs to be something the younger generation relates with right now I still use paper items.
