Startup Idea: Mobile App for Aircraft Damage Reporting

Startup idea to develop a mobile application aimed at streamlining the process of reporting aircraft damage for aviation industry. The app should allow users to enter relevant information, capture photos of damaged parts, and export the entire report into a PDF with a single click.

I work for an aviation company and one of our primary functions is repairing damaged aircraft components. In order to do so we typically have to put together a damage report to send to the manufacturer to obtain a repair.

This involves taking photos, then uploading them to a computer, entering the pertinent information into an excel sheet, convert this to a PDF and inserting the photos.

What would be much more efficient is a mobile application that would allow me to simply enter in the necessary information (part number, serial number, description of the damage, suggested repair) and take photos from right within the app... all of this information could then be easily exported to a pdf in a single button press. This would cut out some extra steps and be much more efficient than the current method.
