Startup Idea: Customizable Payroll Management Software

Startup idea to develop a user-friendly payroll management software that allows direct deposits into different accounts depending on the week of the month, catering specifically to smaller companies.

I'm a payroll manager in a smaller company. I would like a software that allows us to send direct deposits into a different account 1 week out of the month than the other 3. There isn't payroll software or a company that does this in the Metro Detroit area.
