Startup Idea: Smart Grocery Shopping Assistant App

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive grocery shopping assistant app. This app should allow users to catalog household items via photos, cross-reference these with favorite recipes, monitor product expiration dates, and also suggest best places to buy items for cost-effectiveness. The intention is to create an app that helps manage grocery shopping efficiently without focusing on selling products to users or data use.

I have a problem when I go shopping I don’t remember if I have something at home already I don’t want to purchase things I don’t need if I could take a picture of the items in my house and it would catalog the items and cross reference them with my favorite recipes so I know what to buy as well as expiation dates so you know when the item is about to be bad and if the app could also tell me the best place to buy the items to save money.

Yes I have looked but most apps only tackle one thing at a time and they are just trying to sell you something or use your data.
