I work for a small business in sales that focuses on filing insurance claims for home owners. We often go through neighborhoods after hail storms trying to find homeowners interested in us helping them file claims. Currently, we don't have a digital system to keep track of houses we've gone too/ homeowners we've spoken with. We kind of just keep track of everything on paper & that can get pretty confusing, especially when revisiting areas/ neighborhoods.

I think we had this same problem when I was working for a nonprofit in college and we would knock on doors trying to get donations. Inevitably, information from previous workers was lost or missing, which would sometimes lead to awkward situations (asking someone to donate who already has and feeling like an ass).

While there might be software to help with this, I'm not sure how affordable and feasible it is for a small business like ours to use. It would also be great if this was in app form, so it could be used while out trying to make sales.

And we would pay for this, the cost just could not be too high.
