Startup Idea: Efficient Call Management Software for Transportation Companies

Startup idea to develop a software solution that can improve the call management system of a transportation company, streamlining incoming calls and optimizing the order of transport assignments.

Simply put, I own a transportation company. We typically only have one driver on call at a time.

We need a way to help him optimize the incoming calls that he receives.

He always transports the clients in the order of phone call, even though that is not the most efficient way.

Currently, we just let him do his thing unless we receive calls from the answering service that he was unable to answer.
