Startup Idea: Automated Credential Entry Software Solution

Startup idea to develop an automated system that enters credentials for problems received from retailers. This software aims to minimize human error, increase efficiency, and improve convenience in workplaces like ACE Corporate Care Center.

I work at ACE Corporate Care Center and new software could potentially cause my life to be a lot easier

Everyday retailers send me their problems that I have to fix, and every time I have to enter in their credentials into a system in order to prove that I had done the work. If there was a way for a system to enter in the credentials for me, that would be great.

I personally would not pay for this, as I believe that it should be provided by my job. If they were to garnish my paycheck by a little, then it would be understandable.

The software could fix my problem by automatically doing the work for me, thereby limiting human error. I personally have not tried to find a solution as it is not my job to.
