This idea could benefit technical writers or professionals dealing with intricate programs and lack time to learn through trial and error. The proposed solution could deliver step-by-step instructions via text or a virtual tutorial, in a detailed manner like Adobe-brand guides but with enhanced specificity to the software application.

I work as a Technical Writer for a medical supplies company and I am constantly on the lookout for software that can help our industry. However, all the publishing software that I have used does not have adequate documentation that shows how to use the software itself. Software to explain how software works might sound silly but it would help people like myself who are dealing with overly complicated software and don't have the time to learn by trial and error. I would pay top dollar for this, whether it comes in the form of text or a virtual tutorial. Something akin to what the Adobe brand provides would be a start but with more specific information on how to use the application.
