Startup Idea: Work Mode Phone App & eBay Tool for Small Sellers

Startup idea to develop two tools; one being a work mode app that limits non-work related activities on employee's phones, and the second, an inventory and cost tracking tool for small time eBay sellers that syncs updates from eBay directly.

I used to work for a small company, and there was a problem: employees spent way too much time on their phone. I wish there was an app that employees could install, that would limit non work related phone activities, such as social media, chatting and games! An app that one can turn into work mode and doesn't allow employees to waste time on their phone, thereby improving work output.

Another need is a tool for small time ebay sellers.

It would have to have all items on hand, the cost, the list price, the sales price, the ebay and pay pal cut, shipping and material costs, taxes and net profit. I know you said no inventory related ideas, but this would be so helpful for beginning and small time flippers on ebay! Preferably, this app would be connected to ebay and would update as soon as something sold.
