Startup Idea: Telecom Order Tracking and Auditing Software

Startup idea to create an advanced telecom order tracking and auditing software. The system is expected to track over 2000 orders in a month, recognising discrepancies such as reduced MRC and new orders for efficient auditing. This will facilitate early investigation and the recovery of lost commissions.

I work in telecom and part of my job in the accounting/commissions end, is auditing our orderbook extensively for discrepancies.

Our current system only recognizes when an order has stopped paying. However, when an order experiences a drop in MRC, there is no way of us finding out, thus we are never able to preemptively investigate or try to recoup lost commissions.

What we need is a system that can track all the order (2000+) in a month, and then the following month when we import our reports a "system" would be able to track all the variances from this current month vs last months orders.

This will allow us to see which of our orders is exhibiting unusual behavior, and allow us to investigate further. I have tried to find an excel solution for this, but the difficulty is that new orders come in every month, and it is difficult to sort them side by side.
