Startup Idea: Tutoring Assistance Software

Startup idea to develop a software that aids tutors in the library system to more efficiently manage their student program and navigate restrictive technology policies.

I am a tutor in the library system.

I currently use computers to search and to tutor students in program. In the search function of the computers it is difficult to use any website other than google because of the libraries restrictive policies.

I would be willing to pay for software to make my day to day life easier in this setting.
