I work for a bank in the payables department and deal with a lot of invoices coming in everyday. We save pdf versions of files using Adobe acrobat. I would love an update to adobe that would allow me to save each invoice to two different folders at the same time. It would save me a lot of time. Now I have to drag it from my email onto my desktop, name it, then drag it into multiple files.

Also I would like the ability to create my own stamps in adobe. Things like “posted”, “received”, and “paid”. Then I wouldn’t have to stamp paper copies and scan them into the computer. I couldn’t find anything to make this happen. I haven’t found the capability in any program.
