Startup Idea: Dual-Directory Saving and Custom Stamps for Adobe Acrobat

Startup idea to develop an update for Adobe Acrobat that automates saving invoices to two separate folders simultaneously while also enabling the creation of personalized digital stamps such as 'posted', 'received', and 'paid.'

I work for a bank in the payables department and deal with a lot of invoices coming in everyday. We save pdf versions of files using Adobe acrobat. I would love an update to adobe that would allow me to save each invoice to two different folders at the same time. It would save me a lot of time. Now I have to drag it from my email onto my desktop, name it, then drag it into multiple files.

Also I would like the ability to create my own stamps in adobe. Things like “posted”, “received”, and “paid”. Then I wouldn’t have to stamp paper copies and scan them into the computer. I couldn’t find anything to make this happen. I haven’t found the capability in any program.
