Startup Idea: Tax Management Software for Independent Musicians

Startup idea to create a software or mobile app designed specifically for independent musicians to track and manage their income, expenses, receipts and tax related data, making tax filing an easier process. The system should allow inputting of information either manually or through images taken with a phone's camera.

Independent DIY folk punk musician (I travel the country playing shows in unconventional, unlicensed spaces. Everything is done in cash and there are no records of any of it.) I am concerned that the IRS is going to come kick my ass over this one day but I am overwhelmed by the prospect of how to go about keeping track of receipts, expenses, income, and all that other stuff while I am engaged in difficult methods of traveling (30 days all across the country on Greyhound buses, for example). I would pay for software to solve this, for sure. Something that is fine tuned to the specific needs of a working, independent musician. There are a lot of us in the same boat who just have no clue about how to do this tax stuff. It'd be great if I could just tell the software about my expenses, income, and other relevant info and it tells me what the hell I should do to file my taxes. Like maybe it could be a smart phone app where you take pictures of your receipts and log relevant info with your phone's camera. I don't know. These are my ideas.
