Startup Idea: Reservation Management System for Restaurants

Startup idea to build a reservation management software that works hand in hand with Opentable to consolidate and streamline reservations made both online and on phone/voicemail for restaurants. It should include features like voicemail transcription, tracking and sorting.

I am a chef of a restaurant that employs 15-20 people. We are successful and quite busy, taking reservations online and by phone/voicemail. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep track of all reservations made by phone/voicemail and also online. Opentable is a software we use to keep track of reservations strictly made online. It would be ideal if we could have another program that would listen to and keep track of all reservations left on voicemail as well as made via phone. It would also be helpful if this program could work hand in hand with Opentable.
