Startup Idea: Telecommuting Job Search and Management Software

Startup idea to develop software that helps freelance professionals, particularly writers and editors who work remotely, by automating job searches across multiple platforms based on certain parameters such as pay, experience required, and employer reliability. The software should also apply for or accept jobs on behalf of the user and manage job details and payment across multiple platforms in a single, streamlined system.

I work online doing editing and writing, among other things. I would love some software that could evaluate multiple sites for telecommuting work based on my parameters like pay, experience needed, employer reliability, etc. It can be really time consuming and disruptive to constantly check emails or stay on a site like Mturk all day waiting for work to come through. If that software could automatically apply for/accept that work would make it even better. An added bonus would be if it could manage all those jobs and the pay provided by each job as well through one system. I would definitely be willing to pay for something like that.
