Startup Idea: Simplified Appointment Scheduling Software for Therapy Clinics

Startup idea to create a user-friendly, aesthetically appealing appointment scheduling software specifically designed for Marriage and Family Therapy Clinics. The software needs to keep things confidential while simplifying check in/out processes, notifying therapists about the arrival of their clients and most importantly, be easy to understand and use.

I work as a front desk/receptionist in a Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic. We have begun to use Point and Click as our means of scheduling, check in/out, and informing therapists that their client has arrived.

Unfortunately, as far as we know, there is no training available with this program, and we are pretty confused at how it works.

If we could find a way to simplify the system for scheduling, and is more appealing to the eye, I would be much happier. There are other programs that we could use, but I don't think that any of them are as simple as they potentially could be. It would need to be a program that can keep things confidential, but can also help everyone understand the program better.
