Startup Idea: Website Health Monitoring Tool for Wordpress

Startup idea to develop a software that monitors the functionality of webpages/posts on a Wordpress website and notifies the user via email and text when an issue or interruption is detected.

I could use a piece of software that will tell you when a webpage/post on your Wordpress website is not working correctly, or a viewer was unable to go any further. The software should email me and text me that I know immediately when there is an issue. I haven't seen a lot of software that actually does this way I want to so it may not be possible.
