I work in IT for a telecom company. A big pain point in my daily job is communication within the realm of sharing screenshots of diagnostics with my coworkers, having to use secondary software, ensuring the image is in the correct format for transfer, and doing it for each individual file is a major pain. I would indeed pay for a solution for this in order to quicker streamline communication. A program that would quickly take screencaps and that would have a preference set for immediate file type.
