Startup Idea: Content Management Software for Newsletter Publishers

Startup idea to develop software that helps online newsletter editors manage articles efficiently. The software would maintain a record of all available articles and track when and where each one has been used, reducing repetition and saving precious time.

I am online newsletter editor for a real estate firm and in one of our newsletters, we choose 7 articles to go out to people on a weekly or daily basis. So I have to choose those 7 articles out of 500+ articles every week or day.

There is no software to keep track of a) all of the articles that can be used and b) what articles have already been used in the last x years or weeks or days.

So a good program that would be very helpful would be one that keeps track of both all the articles and also when they have been used.

I would be willing to pay a small amount of money for a software that would do this for me. It would save me SO much time!.
