Startup Idea: Bluetooth-based Data Sharing App for Workplace

Startup idea to create a simple app that facilitates instant data transfer, such as website links or images, to coworkers in close proximity via Bluetooth or any other applicable technology. User acceptance required to receive the data. Only the sender is required to have the app installed.

Whenever I am at work, and find something that I need to share with co workers (generally a long link to an image, webpage), or just anyone in general, I always have to do either of the following, even though the person is right there next to me:

• Send an attachment in an email
• Send it through Skype/Facebook/...
• Write it down and put it on their desk to look at
• ... A small app, that only needs to be installed by the person who wants to send the information, that would work through something like Bluetooth. It would broadcast in a small range around the device. It would prompt any phone nearby that has Bluetooth enabled, to accept, and would take them immediately to the website/photo/... provided by the sender. The use of Bluetooth is only an example, it could be any technology, I would leave that up to you. Could be a text maybe?. I would have no idea how to search for something like this. I solve this problem now by using one of the methods I described above.
