Startup Idea: Work Order Software for Property Managers

Startup idea to develop a work order software that is compatible with iPad and Apple Pencil. The software should be beneficial for property managers, particularly those that manage large territories. The key feature sought is the capability to track pages numerically.

I’m a property manager for a large hospital network. I cover approximately 250 square miles, coving 300,000 square feet of properties.

I really need work order software that would work with my iPad.

While there are many generic versions on the market, I’m looking for a software that will track pages numerically and that works with the Apple Pencil. I’ve tried them all but they never work for what I need.
