Startup Idea: Software Solution for Pharmacy Community

Startup idea to develop a software solution that efficiently manages keyboard switches between multiple computers connected to one monitor in a retail pharmacy setting. The intended software should detect the switches, reducing the need for recurrent computer resets.

I currently work for a retail pharmacy. often times we have multiple computers connected to the one monitor.

When we switch between computer screens the software that switches the keyboard causes the keyboard to be stuck.

We have to restart the computer and just so the software resets the keyboard back to the right computer. If there was a way for the software to detect when the switch was requested and the computer doesn't have to be reset. We have talked with IT and they keep telling us to reset the computer.
