Startup Idea: Onboarding and Training Tracking Software for SaaS Startups

Startup idea to develop a centralized software solution for tracking employee training and progress during the onboarding process. It aims to manage the internal certification of newly-hired sales force in early stage SaaS startups and recommend upcoming necessary training.

I currently work as an Account Executive for an early stage SaaS start-up. We are currently focusing on growth and hiring a lot of salesmen (3-4 every month) and have a hard time keeping track of the new hires training / internal certification process (e.g., are they cleared to run calls, up to speed on the industry etc...) It would be great if there was a central database to track employee training and progress in the on-boarding process. It would be a nice value add if the software could recommend upcoming training that new hires need to sit in on.

I have looked into it but all the solutions were either incomplete or too expensive. I looked for learning management, SaaS talent management, and corporate training software.
