Startup Idea: Document Cataloguing and Quick Retrieval Tool

Startup idea to develop a software tool that can catalogue documents, slideshows, spreadsheets with tags for quick and easy retrieval. The tool aims to save time in recreating documents and address issues commonly faced in platforms like Google Docs and blogs.

I am a profession who makes lots of slideshows. I am using Google to make my slideshows now, but it is still very difficult to find specific documents, slideshows, spreadsheets, etc., that I need when I need them even with Google Docs.

I need something that I can use to catalogue my documents using tags so that I can find them quickly and not have to waste time remaking them on the go. I am using a blog to link to documents and list tags. But I'm noticing that the more docs I link, the more the blog will not find tags or all the tagged items.
