Startup Idea: One Messenger for All Messaging Apps

Summary for idea #3721
Startup idea to develop a unified app that interfaces with multiple messenger apps. It will display incoming messages, reducing the need for users to open each individual app. The main functionality is previewing messages in an unified format, it may also include reply functions. Essentially, it's a mix of a notification manager and a messenger.

One messenger to rule them all. How many messenger type apps do you have on your phone? I have default phone app for texting, fb messenger, google hangouts, snapchat, whatsapp, kik, swiflie, and jodel.

Now to combine all of them into one app is probably not very easy, but at least viewing the messages in text (if the message is in text format) can't be that difficult, at least from what I'm thinking.

So this new app would interface with the currently installed messenger type apps, and when they receive a text/message, this new app is able to open them in its own app window just to preview in its entirety.

You don't have to have a reply function, though you can, but just to preview in its entirety to determine the importance of the message.

The benefit is that you don't have to open all the apps again and again which takes time, battery life, and time.

This way, the new app with say,

fb message from allisa "Hey, wanna get dinner?" kik message from unknown "send nudez" text message from mom "Honey, do you need anything from the grocery store?" hangouts message from boss "Where the hell did you put the report I requested?"

So in a sense, it's a combination of a notification manager and a messenger, except it can receive notification and the message from all the apps.

I hope that's somewhat clear. I did my best to explain it. Nothing. I don't know what to look for. Now I use all the apps just to view and delete the one I don't want, and reply to the one I need to/have to.
