Startup Idea: Tech Support Queue Notification System

Summary for idea #3728
Startup idea to create a functionality/system within chatbot-based tech support platforms that allows the support staff to notify waiting clients about concurrent chats and approximate wait time. This would improve the communication efficiency and client experience, similar to the 'hold music' approach in traditional telephony support systems.

I work doing tech support. When there are clients waiting on a chat system, like Pure Chat, there is no way for them to know if I am assisting another user, no any indication how I can tell the waiting user how long it will be, approximately.

This means either I have to engage in multiple chat sessions, which results in my delayed responses to clients or I have to stop and read each one, then switch back. Clients do not understand I am speaking with another user, and if I told them, they would see that as unprofessional.

There has to be a "hold music" type of system invented where I can hit a button and notify a waiting client I am working with someone else right now and the wait time will be approx so many minutes. This would make things easier for me and the waiting client. Yes, chat systems currently don't offer this, just support tickets.
