Startup Idea: Automated Review System for Vaccine Manufacturing Data
Vaccine manufacturing.
Reviewing electronic data is mandated by regulatory agencies, however the responsibility falls upon technologists that already have routine lab duties, protocol updates, and constant training to keep up with. This review occurs monthly and is currently done by manually exploring files and folders, randomly selecting data files, and confirming that they match with paper records and that there are no aberrations from protocols. A program that could judge the quality and conformance of data files in SoftMax, KC4, etc. against written protocols would save time for technologists.
Yes
Could parse numbers and confirm that they fall within predetermined limits, and then scan and parse paper records to digital and compare the digital file with the paper scan. The software could assign a score of certainty that the two match, and a separate score for the digital data quality, based on how far from the expected mean it is.
