Startup Idea: Customizable Sports Stats Compilation Tool for Daily Fantasy Sports

Startup idea to develop a software tool that allows daily fantasy sports users to customize and compile a list of players along with their desired stats, thus saving time. The user should be able to choose specific parameters like targets per game, catches per game, etc. for various sports. It would ideally be a subscription-based service.

The daily fantasy sports user base is lacking a tool that allows them to compile a list of players and their stats. There are a number of subscription based, and free websites that offer player lists with stats, but you have to accept the stats they have in their spreadsheet.

We are lacking the ability to customize the stats we want. We have to just take what is offered currently. For example, in football I would like to be able to create a list of all WRs, and have their targets per game, catches per game, and yards per game, and a total of rushing and receiving yards for the team.

Currently I would have to visit 3 separate sites as none of them allow customization of the spreadsheet. I usually waste hours making a excel file to compile the info I want. I would pay $5-$15 per month for this access, multi sports. The software would free up a lot of time for daily players. Look at Draftkings and Fanduel if you are not familiar. There is a lot of money in this industry.
