Startup Idea: Finance Industry Comment Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a collaborative platform for finance industry employees to track and share account comments. This platform would enable unified notes across the company to streamline account management.

Hi! I work in the finance industry and oftentimes it is difficult to track or remember what has been done in an account. If someone calls in to speak with me, or an advisor, it is not always a seamless process. What I comment on the client's account does not always meet-up with what the advisor put down and there is no way for us to see what we each wrote. I think a good solution would be a program that people could type their notations or comments into and all users or employees of the company could have access. Yes. I used search terms like "aggregated comments" "CRM" "CRM programs". Currently we're using a software called Redtail, but I don't think it is the best option out there.
