Startup Idea: Land Conservation Management Software

Startup idea to develop a software that can efficiently track all variables involved in land conservation purchases. The proposed software would centralize information like environmental site assessments, title work, ecoregional significance, and negotiation statuses for easy monitoring and updating.

I am an attorney working for an non-profit environmental group.

When we look into purchasing land for conservation, we have a number of variables to juggle; like, the environmental site assessment, the title work, the ecoregional signifigance, and the status of negotiating the purchase (including details regarding partnering with governmental agencies).

I would purchase software that successfully tracked this information in one place.

I want to be able to launch the software, type in the property name, and view and update the status of all elements of the deal.
