Startup Idea: Automated Shift Notification Software for Caregivers

Startup idea to develop a software that allows caregivers in a company to sign up for an automated notification system. This system would send notifications to all workers about new or free shifts, eliminating the need for manual calls.

Yes i work in a care giver company of about 15 workers, whenever there is free hours they put a call to each and everyone of us.

I think software is needed in this regards as a software can be developed that will allow each worker sign up and automatically send notifications to all workers at a go informing them about new or free shift.
