Startup idea to develop a more efficient and reliable updating system for the software 'Links', commonly used in franchising businesses. The aim is to eliminate issues such as system breakdown after updates, without having to restart the system all the time.

I am working for a franchise where they use a software as a service. The software is called Links.

The base location of where the software was made is Australia and whenever the software is in need of an update, it works terribly.

After the update sometimes it still doesn't work. We used to think restarting the system would help but it often doesn't. We figure that there must be an underlying issue but what could it be?.
