I worked as a Project Manager for low income housing, there was plenty of software to track rents and it was pretty obvious that any decent software was geared to the for profit sector.

I needed software that would help me track Case Manager contact info, incident reports that complied with HIPPA regulations, would automatically alert me if there were so many incidents that would trigger more restrictive intervention (an example: I and the CM work out that if there were 3 noise complaints in a six month period ʻxʻ would occur), emergency contact info, medications (strictly voluntary in case of emergencies for paramedics, as well as tracking rent and what portion of rent comes from the tenant and what comes from an outside agency.

I looked at a lot of software, I ended up doing a quick excel sheet.
