Startup Idea: Digital Transcription and Record-keeping Application for Restoration Companies

Startup idea to develop a digital transcriptor software that enables restoration company employees to input site visit entries directly and efficiently. The app needs to be portable and user-friendly, significantly reducing data-entry errors, illegible handwriting issues, and time spent on manual transcription.

I work for a restoration company and often have to spend hours transcribing written entries from sites we have visited, and inputting them into Microsoft Excel.

Often times, it takes way too long and it's hard to see what the person actually wrote down because of the level of sloppiness. A software that would be portable and able to directly input what we need to record would be useful.
