Startup Idea: Business Prospecting Software

Startup idea to develop a software which assists in identifying prospective customers, particularly small businesses potentially requiring software upgrades. The proposed software will scrape and analyze websites to detect indications of need for software, categorize businesses based on type and size, and compile a database with comprehensive company attributes for targeted cold calling or contact.

I'd like software that allows me to find potential customers. I want to be able to identify small businesses that may have a use for a certain type of software. Perhaps some kind of software that scrapes websites and analyzes them for a signature that signals that they are in the market for some kind of software upgrade. Even if it just categorizes them as a certain type of business and business size. I'd like to get a database with all the attributes of the company so I can cold call or contact them at my pleasure.
