Startup Idea: Real Estate Lead Management Platform

Startup idea to create a system for real estate companies to efficiently manage leads. The software should allow prospective renters to submit information online that is then directly sent to a leasing manager's inbox. Details such as time of submission, source website, and property interest should be included.

I'm a leasing manager at a real estate company. We receive many calls everyday from people looking for housing. Many of these people are finding information online and giving us a call. It would be great if there was a software that we could use that allowed these people to submit a lead online and it be sent to our inbox. It would need to give us information on which site the lead came from what time and details of which property they were interested in.
