Startup Idea: Expense Verification Software for Franchisees

Startup idea to develop a software that automates the process of verifying and categorizing expenses incurred by franchisees, specifically marketing expenses such as coupons and flyers. It will ideally replace the need for manual scanning and submission of each item and reimbursement request.

We have franchisees that have to submit for reimbursement for marketing funds they pay out. There is no software for being able to verify the categories of the expenses, and how they choose to implement the marketing options (coupons, flyers, etc.) . They currently have to scan us each item and have each item and reimbursement request by hand.
