Startup Idea: Workplace Injury Tracking Mobile App

Startup idea to develop a mobile app that caters to the need of employees suffering injuries at their workplace. The app would be capable of recording and tracking injuries, supporting pictures and allowing additional metrics like pain level and body location. The data can be used to monitor employee injury rates, duties, job location and recommend treatment options, thereby empowering employers to improve safety measures and reduce workplace injuries.

I am a student and early morning freight handler at my local grocery store. Myself and many other employees experience frequent injuries, and there's no reliable and unbiased way to track injuries. This makes it more difficult to request sick time, and can make it difficult to interact with management.

My idea is a mobile phone app (provided to management) that can be used to record and track injuries, with support for pictures. Additional metrics like pain level and body location would be implemented to record severity and recommend treatment options. Data would also be collected on employee injury rates, along with duties and job location. This could provide options to employers to improve safety and reduce workplace injury.
