Startup Idea: Real Estate Augmented Reality App

Startup idea to develop an augmented reality app for real estate agents. This app would take real measurements of a house and visualize different furniture arrangements from various retailers, aiding the sales process.

I've always had this idea for an app. This app would help real estate agents. This app would need to be created but my idea for it would be a app that takes real measurements from a house, and then input them into this app.

The app would take the measurements and you could picture other furniture into the house through the tablet. For instance add a chandler or fan on the roof of a room. show your customer what it would look like to have certain IKEA or Wal-mart furniture in the living room.

I think with the right development of the App it could be implemented into the real estate sales. I know this would be a useful app for those agents to help them make sales. The pain is having the resources to start this project and get the app developed. n/a.
