Startup Idea: Research Article Template Standardizer Software

Startup idea to create a software solution for a publishing organization that will aid with formatting inconsistencies. The proposed software will process the articles submitted by researchers, automatically adjusting sections such as the abstract, intro and figures to match a predefined template thus saving time and resources.

I have a publishing organization. It is a start up. We have problem with the style of the articles that researchers submit. We have a defined template and people should follow it but usually they fail. It takes time and money for our start up to put the articles in required template.

It would be great if we could have a software that gets the abstract in any font and format and convert it to part of the template. I mean the software can get pieces of the article (abstract, intro, figures and ...) and convert it to the required format. I believe it should not be a difficult task and can be done with intensive coding probably. I tried but I could not find any.
