Startup idea to develop a tool that uses OCR technology to screen grab customer requests and complaints, feeding them into a list or help file for later address, thus eliminating manual copying and pasting process.

It would be a good thing to be able to screen grab OCR customer requests and complaints, have them fed in to a list serve or help file, and addressed later. Often, it's a time drag to stop and copy/paste everything into a powerpoint or word file. No, it's just manual labor.
