Startup idea to develop a software solution that streamlines the process of onboarding new employees and granting them access to legacy data systems. This solution should include a single, unified access request system and workflow, as well as an internal platform, similar to 'Wikipedia', where new employees can find answers to their workplace questions.

In our firm, a lot of time is spent onboarding new employees and getting them access to legacy data systems.

These access requests are not streamlined in one system and it takes over a week to get new hires up and running.

These delays limit the ability of new hires to make an impact and is a waste of resources.
