I work in retail, specifically customer service. I do returns and issue shipping labels to our customers.
We have no software in order to calculate our rate of return or defective product, nor any kind of software to help keep track of all the cost of labels issued to customers.
I believe that if we had software that would help our department keep track of the prices and rates of returns, we would be able to find opportunities to cut cost and address the merchandise with high defect rates.
This kind of software would be most helpful for any retail, e-commerce store. At the moment, after searching on Google, there seems to be no kind of retail software to help customer service e department with numbers.
