Startup Idea: Delivery Solution App for Florists with Real-Time Tracking

Startup idea to develop an application for florists' deliveries that allows multiple trips input, suggests optimal routes, enables simultaneous phone use and provides real-time tracking by the company, thus solving challenges experienced by delivery drivers.

I work for a florist and I am a delivery driver. There are many apps for drivers out there, but no one can beat Google maps. However, I cannot input my multiple trips into Google maps at the same time. Nor will Maps spit out the best route for me to take. Also I need to use my phone while I use maps...and I have trouble doing this. I cannot talk AND use Maps at the same time. Additionally, my company leaves it to all it's drivers to solve this problem. There is no one solution for us. Some us a GPS system. Some use Maps. Neither one allow our work to track us in real time, which we were talking about yesterday. This is something they are interested in doing as well - being able to see where we are as we go about our day. I'll be happy to answer any questions if you have them. This is a real problem and I am a real delivery man. If there is a solution for floral deliveries, I have NOT been able to find it. I would be interested in anything from a free or paid app to a separate device. I think you could sell a solution like this all over the country if it was a good service. Thanks and have a nice day.
