Startup Idea: Optimal Route Planner for Site Surveys

Startup idea to develop a software that can calculate optimal routes for representatives performing site surveys. The software would account for variables such as the number of sites, location changes, number of reps, and starting locations while aiming to evenly distribute work among reps. It should also provide route visualization and cost estimation.

I have a problem of routing representatives to perform site surveys.

The idea is to, at a minimum, estimate the most optimal route to the sites for each representative to visit - ideally, an optimal solution would be found.

The number of sites can change, the location of sites can change, the number of available reps can change, and the starting location of the reps is variable. The overall work should be divided evenly among the reps - it could be divided on metrics like distance/rep, time/rep, cost/rep, etc.

I would like the ability to view the routes that each rep should take, as well as, the ability to see a cost estimate - again, an estimate would be nice, but a hard figure would be best.
